By placing an order with AVS Crackers, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site to place an order.
2. Age Requirement
Fireworks are age-restricted products. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase and use fireworks in your state.
3. Orders & Confirmation
All orders placed online are provisional until confirmed by our team over phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery-zone restrictions, in which case a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
4. Pricing
Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
5. Compliance
We source only from licensed manufacturing partners whose products comply with Supreme Court of India and Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) regulations. Customers are responsible for following local timing restrictions and pollution-control norms applicable in their state or municipality.
6. Liability
AVS Crackers is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from improper storage, handling, or use of fireworks purchased through this site. Please follow the safety guidelines provided with every order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
